Location: Mississauga, ON L5N 2X7
Salary: $87.25 hourly / 30 hours per Week
Number of vacancies: 1
Overtime: 1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours
Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business strategies, aligning department goals with company objectives, and ensuring successful execution of key initiatives and projects.
- Conduct financial forecasting, predicting revenue streams and optimizing resource allocation to maximize profitability in sports and entertainment sectors.
- Monitor and control spending across sports and entertainment projects, identifying opportunities to reduce costs while enhancing client outcomes and success.
- Set performance expectations, monitor employee performance, provide feedback, and manage performance reviews.
- Manage budgets, analyze financial reports, control costs, and ensure financial health by tracking KPIs and improving operational profitability.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to set targets, develop strategies, and promote the brand.
- Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory standards and proactively manage potential business risks to protect the organization’s reputation and financial stability.
- Regularly update executives on business performance, operational challenges, and strategic progress, ensuring transparent communication throughout the organization.
- Integrate technological solutions to enhance operational efficiency, improve customer experiences, and keep the company competitive in the marketplace.
- Regularly assess profit margins, service performance, and business operations, identifying areas for improvement to maximize revenue and profitability.
Eligibility Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree is the minimum requirement for this position.
- Significant work experience of five years or more in a leadership or managerial role is essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating reports, presenting to executives, and communicating with clients and staff.
- Strong ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, driving performance and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Excellent ability to identify and resolve issues quickly, using data and analytical tools to inform decisions.
- Experience in budgeting, financial forecasting, and cost management, with the ability to make data-driven financial decisions and manage resources effectively.
- The budgetary responsibility falls between $500,001 - $1,500,000.
- Proficiency in using MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Access, and MS Office.
