TITLE
RESTAURANT MANAGER
Looking for motivated and dynamic individual who wants to work in a fast paced and lively environment of our coffee shop. With continuous growth of our franchise, we are in a need of energetic individual who have the capability to manage and supervise the team in addition to an excellent customer service proficiency.

Job Type
Salary
- $34.25/hr., paid bi-weekly.
Duties and responsibilities
- Manage and store vendors’ contracts and invoices.
- Coordinate communication between front of the house and back of the house staff.
- Develop, implement, and analyze budgets.
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations.
- To determine the inventory and equipment needs in a timely manner.
- To monitor the cash flow of the sales and purchases on daily basis.
- To find and research better potential vendors and suppliers to reduce costs and improve quality.
- Prepare shift schedules.
- Process payroll for all restaurant staff.
- To direct and execute the staff and provide required assistance.
- Arrange for new employees’ proper onboarding (scheduling trainings and ordering uniforms).
- Monitor compliance with safety and hygiene regulations.
- Gather guests’ feedback and recommend improvements to our menus.
- Recruit, train and supervise staff.
Education
- College diploma (Education in relevant trade is an asset)
Qualifications & Experience
- Supervision/Management Experience of at least 1 year
- Experience in same field is an asset
- Must work mixed shifts depending upon the schedule
