The Company acts as a passive conduit for the online distribution of user-submitted information and has no obligation to screen communications or information in advance and is not responsible for screening or monitoring material posted by users. There are no hidden cost for free job posting for 25 days. However, WorkDirectory.ca policies for Free job postings are following:

We only accept VISA and MasterCard. However, if any employer wants to pay by cheque, etransfer or other form of payment, it may be possible. We never save your financial information on our server or in our offices. All the financial transactions with WORKDIRECTORY.CA maintain through our secured Canadian payment processing company. All payments through our site is considered as one time final payment, no refund or no claim will be accepted.
Premium job posting start from 30 days minimum. All the premium and free postings are final text. The posting and expiry dates are fixed, if anyone edit the active posting it will show as new posting. No inactive posting will be editable and it will not show for job seekers page. As per nature of online business we do not guarantee any traffic on your posting(s). If you do not receive any application or resume of your posting(s), we are not liable for that. Also as a nature of online business, we do not gurantee that your posting will be active or error free. However, our staff and personnel will provide their support services to keep all our sites and postings active. We monitor our sites 24/7. If you do not agree with us, please do not use the site.
We do not have refund policy of any our services. All the payment will be consider FINAL SALE and as is basis. If you do not agree with our policy please do not sign in.

If the company Work Directory Canada Ltd. find any time any evidence(s) any of the UAPP suscriber resale posting(s) or service(s), the company have full right to delete all the postings and account without showing any reason. If you are interested to use this UAPP services, you are only permitted to use your own company postings.
