Salary                      :          $35 per hour

Duration                  :          Full Time – Permanent

Work Hours             :          33 to 44 hours per week

Experience              :          We need a candidate having minimum 2 years of

                                           experience as a medical/dental clinic Assistant.

 

Job Description:

 

To work as a Dental/medical Clinic Assistant, candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in performing following duties:

  • Effectively manages patient's calls, handling inquiries, confirmations, and appointment amendments.
  • Co-ordinate the office services such as equipment, supplies management, forms, disposal of documents and maintenance.
  • Assemble insurance information and prepare periodic provider work reports and office manuals.
  • Clinical records management and oversees related staff.
  • Conduct analyses of the payments received from the insurances and patients and manage account receivables.
  • Assist in preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory.
  • Manages potential cancellations and oversees schedules accordingly.
  • Ensures that deadlines are met, and procedures are followed in the clinic.
  • Coordinate office administrative procedures and review, evaluate and implement new procedures.
  • Reassemble equipment and assemble packs of sterile supplies and instruments for delivery to hospital departments
  • Record vital signs
  • Operate and maintain sterilization equipment and instrumentation for re-use according to standardized safety practices
