At this point Blazesoft is seeking a Database Analyst to join our team of world-class professionals.

As a Database Analyst, you will be pivotal in ensuring the performance, integrity, and security of our databases. You will work closely with our game development, marketing, and analytics teams to support data-driven decisions and enhance the overall gaming experience for our users.

Key Responsibilities:

-        Operate and optimize database systems to ensure high performance and reliability

-        Ensure data security and compliance with industry standards

-        Enhance financial reporting accuracy by streamlining data collection and analysis processes

-        Provide training and guidance to junior analysts, enhancing their understanding of complex financial concepts and tools used in daily operations

-        Assist in the preparation of quarterly reports, ensuring timely delivery and accurate information.

-        Conduct risk assessments to identify potential financial vulnerabilities, recommending mitigation strategies to management

-        Actively participate in departmental meetings, sharing insights gleaned from data analysis to inform business decisions across the organization

-        Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the financial operations team, actively seeking out ways to optimize processes and enhance overall productivity

-        MaycCollaborate with development teams to design and implement scalable database solutions

 

Requirements:

College diploma in a relevant field

Minimum of 2 years of experience in database analysis, management, or a similar role.
