At this point we are looking for a dynamic Administrative Assistant who will be responsible for providing the most sufficient and outstanding service they can to keep the office run smoothly.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent.

DUTIES:

•             Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies

•             Prepare and submit reports

•             Coordinate all business events and activities in an optimal manner;

•             Determine and establish office procedures and routines

•             Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations

•             Guest Management/Reception duties

•             Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries

•             Order office supplies and maintain inventor

•             Provide general information to clients and the public

•             Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages

•             Answer electronic enquiries

•             Order office supplies and maintain inventory

 

REQUIREMENTS:

- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience is required

- knowledge of Hebrew is an asset
