Workplace information: On site
Salary: 28.50 hourly / 30 to 35 hours per Week
Terms of employment: Permanent employment Full time
Start date: Starts as soon as possible

Job Requirements
Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Tasks
- Greet visitors coming to the office and guide them to the appropriate department.
- Create new cases, prepare invoices, update payments, and add notes in the CRM software to record updates on individual cases.
- Answer non-immigration related queries and forward immigration related queries to concerned registered consultants.
- Schedule consultant appointments, manage calendars, and book emergency appointments as required.
- Open and distribute incoming mail and other packages to the appropriate person.
- Prepare monthly reports of different types of retained, processed, and completed cases.
- Record and prepare minutes of internal administrative meetings.
- Coordinate with other staff members regarding office supplies and place orders accordingly.
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines
- Compile data, statistics and other information
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
