Responsibilities
Tasks
- Guide students in selecting appropriate courses and programs based on their career goals
- Provide personalized academic advising to support student success and retention
- Conduct workshops on study skills, time management, and exam preparation
- Assist students in understanding financial aid options and scholarship opportunities
- Facilitate career counseling sessions to help students identify job prospects
- Support students facing personal challenges by offering counseling services
- Develop and maintain relationships with faculty to enhance student support
- Organize and promote educational events and information sessions
- Evaluate student performance and recommend interventions when necessary
- Stay updated on educational trends and resources to better assist students.
