Position: Retail Meat Cutter

Number of Hiring: 1

Job Type, Salary and Working Hours:

Full-Time, Permanent (Daytime/Weekend Shifts)

$28.50/ Hour base on 30 Hours Per Week

Benefits: Free Parking Available

Start Time: As soon as possible or to be arranged

Requirements:

Languages: English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: Will train

Work Setting: Relocation costs covered by employer

Responsibilities:

Tasks:

• Clean meats to prepare for processing or cutting
• Cut carcasses, sides and quarters
• Prepare special cuts of meat ordered by customers
• Cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat
• Wrap and package prepared meats
• Remove bones from meat
• Cut poultry into parts
• Clean and prepare fish and shellfish
• Cut fish into steaks and fillets
• Grind meats
• Slice cooked meats
• Prepare special orders
• Prepare special displays of meats, poultry and fish products
• Shape, lace and tie roasts, other meats, poultry and seafood
