Eye.com Optical is located in pacific mall that offers its customers top quality glasses from major brands.We are looking for an experienced Retail store supervisor to manage staff, welcome customers and be manage the stores daily operations.
Requirements:
Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Work setting: Experience working in a Retail store business
Responsibilities
1. Oversee Daily Operations: Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of sales staff, ensuring efficient store operations.
2. Staff Management: Recruit, train, and evaluate employees, providing feedback and conducting performance appraisals. Train staff to stay up to date with newest eyewear trends.
3. Customer Service: Address and resolve customer complaints and inquiries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
4. Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, order new eyewear merchandise, receiving, and organizing stock.
5. Store Environment: Ensure the store is well-presented and that store displays are attractive and effectively promote every eyewear brands merchandise in store.
6. Customer Engagement: Foster a positive shopping experience by engaging with customers and promoting a friendly and welcoming store atmosphere.
7. Merchandise Reporting: Compile and analyze sales data, preparing reports.
8. Store Policies: Create and update store policies when required. Enforce store policies and procedures, ensuring staff compliance with company standards.
9. Promotional Activities: Plan and execute promotional events and eyewear sales.
10. Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
11. Scheduling: Create and manage employee schedules, and ensuring adequate coverage during peak times and special events.
12. Health and Safety: Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety regulations and conducting regular inspections.
13. Loss Prevention: Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and ensure security of the store.
