Our well-established Telacc Communication Ltd., located in 3 different locations (Victoria, North Vancouver and Maple Ridge) in British Columbia is looking for a full-time Retail Sales Supervisors (NOC-62010) to help us in increasing sales by implementing company’s business procedures.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Supervise, train and assign targets to sales staff
- Prepare work schedules to the sales staff
- Authorize payments and deal with unhappy customers
- Involve in conflict resolution matters with customers and suppliers
- Perform cycle count of each product in the store and order inventory diligently
- Prepare report everyday on sales and predict ordering merchandise
- Participate in hiring and training activities of sales staff
- Maintain the band image of the company through promotional activities
- Opening and closing the store, addressing escalated complaints, planning and implementing marketing strategy.
Requirements:
- Secondary education is required
- Work experience as retail salesperson including door-to-door or sales cashier is required.

Remuneration: $25 per hour
