Responsabilities
Tasks
- Identify current and prospective staffing requirements
- Support HR Manager with meetings, responses, and documentation
- Lead and/or participate in assigned joint committees
- Lead and support various recruitment and onboarding activities
- Respond to, and provide communication regarding, contracted leave request
- Provide information or services, such as employee assistance and counselling
- Collect and screen applicants
- Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment
- Contact potential applicants to arrange interviews
- Notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare job offers
- Advise manager and employees on staffing policies and procedures
- Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures
- Determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training
- Plan and organize daily operations
- Evaluate daily operations
Experience and specialization
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology major, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a Human Resources role, preferably in the healthcare or service industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to handle sensitive situations tactfully.
Knowledge of HR best practices.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
