We Thousand Spices located at 13744, 40 ST, Edmonton, AB T5Y 3E5, Edmonton, Alberta is looking for TWO Retail Supervisor position. We are a South Indian Specialty grocery and food store which has been proudly serving Albertans since 2010 and now have two locations in Edmonton. We are looking for an energetic individual who has the ability to supervise our 13744, 40 ST, Edmonton, AB T5Y 3E5. This is a permanent full-time position. We would like this individual to start as soon as possible. The individual must be flexible, possess excellent oral communication and effective interpersonal skills, must be client focused, reliable, flexible, organized, and accurate and be a team player.

Our Salary: $24.00 / hour
Over time: After 40 hours is 1.5 times the salary - $36 per hour
​The EMPLOYEE shall be entitled to 2 day(s) off per week, on Saturday and Sunday
Permanent, Full time: 30 to 40 hours / week.

We require the individual to speak English and have a minimum of Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. The individual must have 1-7 months of experience as a Supervisor in Retail Services in a similar setting. The individual must be able to supervise 3-4 workers. The individual will be supervising mostly grocery clerks/shelf stockers/retail salespersons/sales clerks/cashiers. The individual is expected to work in our fast-paced environment and under tight deadlines.
