1000137689 Ontario Inc.O/A Angara Indian and Hakka Cuisine located at 5555 Eglinton Ave W, Unit 118 Etobicoke, Ontario M9C 5M1 requires 2 Restaurant Manager on a Permanent full-time basis. Wage: $34.50 per hour for a minimum of 30 hours or above per week. Must have minimum 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in restaurant and catering. Job Duties:
- Ensure smooth operations of the Restaurant along with health and safety compliance.
- Co-ordinate with the Kitchen team for consistency in taste and quality along with continuous improvement, alterations, editions in the menu items.
- Logistics and Management co-ordination between the restaurant and catering locations
- Recruitment and Training of Staff
- Meet with large volume event clients for setting the Menu, price quotation and finalising the negotiations.
- Assist the management to participate in community events, launch seasonal promotions etc.
- Any other relevant tasks
