Job description:
Location: Etobicoke, ON M9W 6L2
Salary: $64.00 per hour for 30 hours per week
Number of vacancies: 1
Overtime: 1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours
Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period
Job Type: Permanent employment
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensures that overall volume, revenue and profit targets are achieved and all key products and services are actively managed
- Participates and actively contributes to the leadership and strategic direction of Titan Technical as a member of the Senior Management Team
- Maintains expenditure within budget and continuously monitors, reviews and improves efficiencies in Sales and Marketing
- Maximizes revenue opportunities, spearheading initiatives to expand Titan Technical market share, and improve customer retention, satisfaction and relationship management
- Ensures the integrity of pricing and discounting structures and processes
- Implements approved policies & procedures to prevent revenue leakages
- Assures an efficient and effective sales process is in place
- Ensures that Sales and Marketing is properly resourced to achieve its strategic and operational goals and that the requisite employee performance review, training, development and succession plans are aligned
- Leads and directs assigned workforce, monitoring, appraising, motivating and disciplining as required
Eligibility Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Management, or another related field.
- Minimum 5 years ‘of management and sales experience
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets and other key performance indicators.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members, clients, and senior management.
- Competent in taking $500,001 - $1,500,000 budgetary responsibility
- Great strategic planning, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
