RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Determine the size of food portion & cost
● Plan menus and estimate food requirements for their realization
● Requisition of food and kitchen supplies
● Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes of foods
● Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
● Inspect kitchens and food service areas
● Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling food
● Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
● Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
● Clean the kitchen and work areas
● Manage kitchen preparations
● Plan menus and ensure food meets quality standards
CREDENTIALS:
● Certificates, licenses, memberships and courses (Food Safety Certificate, First Aid
Certificate)
EXPERIENCE & SPECIALIZATION:
Specialize in Szechuan, Thai, and international cuisines
