Whistler Samurai Bowl is Looking for an Assistant Manager!
Position: Assistant Manager
Position Available: 1
Employer: Yaru Sushi Inc. o/a Whistler Samurai Bowl
Working Location: #101-2011 Innsbruck Drive, Whistler, BC V8E 0N3
Working Conditions:
- Permanent, Full-time
- Wage: $36.00 per hour
- Working hours: 30~40 hours per week
Job Duties:
- Maintain and supervise daily operations as set by the manager/owner
- Assist manager in building work schedules/sales planning considering the seasons, business trends and local events etc.
- Monitor staff performance and have coaching conversation if needed
- Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures in operations
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Participate in managerial meetings with the manager/owner
- Maintain records of business documents such as licenses and invoices etc.
- Plan to hire and recruit staff

Requirements:
- Language: English
- Completion of high school
- Minimum 3 years of experience in food or restaurant service including at least 1 year of supervisory experience
- Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, Sunday and holidays since the working schedule will be mostly from Thursday to Monday
