Responsibilities

Tasks

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote financial, communication, and business services.
  • Direct the organization’s marketing and advertising policies and strategies, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
  • Oversee market research, identify target markets, and determine appropriate strategies to enhance company visibility and market share.
  • Lead and manage the marketing department, ensuring the effective execution of marketing plans.
  • Oversee advertising, branding, and promotional activities, including digital marketing campaigns, media relations, and public relations.
  • Manage budgets for marketing initiatives, ensuring the optimal allocation of resources.
  • Work closely with other departments such as sales, finance, and product development to ensure coordinated marketing strategies.
  • Foster strong relationships with external vendors, media partners, and advertising agencies to ensure effective promotional activities.
  • Conduct regular market analysis and competitive research to understand market trends, customer needs, and emerging opportunities.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to senior marketing staff and managers within the department.
  • Hire, train, and evaluate marketing staff, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements in the financial, communications, and business services sectors.
