SALARY: $35.00 per hour; full-time position (40 hours/week)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
This position involves the management of our three locations listed above, specifically:
- Planning, organizing and controlling the daily operations of the stores and implementing all franchise operational procedures.
- Recruits staff and recommends promotion, transfer, or termination of staff.
- Handles training of staff in job duties, franchise operational procedures, sanitation and safety procedures.
- Assigns, oversees and evaluates work.
- Organizes, completes and posts staff work schedules.
- Supervises food preparation to ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
- Maintains inventory control systems and orders supplies and food ingredients.
- Deals with suppliers, negotiates delivery arrangements.
- Supports local and national marketing initiatives.
- Ensures that all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policy are followed.
- Handles all customer service issues including resolving customer complaints, etc.
- Maintains business records, monitors revenues and performs daily closeout procedures on POS system including bank deposits.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous restaurant management experience (minimum 2-3 year)
- Working knowledge of POS systems
