Job duties
- Manage and oversee the store's daily operations, ensuring effective and efficient service.
- Determine the services to be offered, such as menu options, and implement operational procedures to support these services.
- Recruit new staff, conduct interviews, and oversee their training to ensure high-quality service standards.
- Develop and manage staff work schedules, monitor performance, and provide feedback to improve productivity and service.
- Control inventory, monitor revenue, and modify operational procedures and pricing to maximize profitability.
- Address and resolve customer complaints promptly, ensuring all guests receive excellent service.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the restaurant to maintain a safe environment for both staff and customers.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices for food and other necessary supplies.
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones, enhancing the restaurant's visibility and reputation in the community.
Position Requirements
- High School.
- Relevant education (degree/diploma/certificate) or 2-3 years of experience in food sector.
- Good communication skills.
- Highly organized and efficient, working well under pressure.
