Education: Bachelor's degree
Experience: 3 years or more of work experience
Specific skills: Establish and manage the finance department, aligning its structure with the company's strategic goals and overseeing the recruitment of key financial personnel, Develop and enforce financial controls and administrative policies to ensure the company's operations are efficient and compliant with regulatory standards, Set and review financial objectives for the security company, ensuring they are in line with the overall business strategy and market dynamics, Lead the financial planning process, including budgeting, investment strategies, and risk management, to support the company's growth and stability, Direct the preparation and analysis of financial reports and forecasts, providing insightful guidance to the executive team for informed decision-making, Conduct comprehensive performance evaluations to assess the effectiveness of financial strategies and operations, making adjustments as necessary to meet organizational goals, Oversee compliance with financial regulations and maintain robust internal controls to protect the company's financial health and integrity, ensuring transparency and accountability.
