Position responsibilities: 

  • Answer phones, take messages, and handle incoming calls appropriately.
  • Respond to customer e-mails, telephone calls, messages, and other correspondence.
  • Ensure that customer queries are handled promptly and in a friendly manner.
  • Ensure smooth operation of office equipment and arrange for maintenance and repairs.
  • Organize and maintain schedules, appointments, and meetings for members of a team.
  • Keep track of invoices, reports, and correspondence to keep them in order.
  • Maintain an inventory of office supplies and order them as needed.
  • Manage all administrative tasks by organizing and prioritizing them.

 

Position requirements:

  • Completion of Secondary school.
  • Completion of college or other program for administrative assistants/secretaries or a Minimum of 1 year of clerical experience is required.
  • Strong communication, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
