ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

EMPLOYER: Park Inn Brampton

JOB DETAILS

  • Salary: $25.50/ hour
  • Vacancies:2 vacancies
  • Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time 40 hours / week
  • Start date: As soon as possible
  • Employment conditions:Day, Weekend

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Languages: English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificateor equivalent experience

Experience:7 months to less than 1 year of established and demonstrable experience 

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:Fast-paced environment, Tight deadlines, Repetitive tasks, Attention to detail

Personal Suitability:Ability to multitask, Accurate, Client focus, Excellent oral communication, Excellent written communication, Flexibility, Organized, Reliability, Team player

Computer and technology knowledge: MS Office, MS Windows, Adobe Acrobat Reader

  • Oversee the preparation of reports
  • Respond to employee questions and complaints
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
  • Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
  • Perform data entry
  • Provide customer service
  • Maintain and manage digital database
