Position: Building Maintenance Operator
Qualifications:
Education: Secondary Diploma
Language: English
Experience: 2 years of supervisor experience; 2 years experience in repair
Work Setting: Residential / Commercial
Salary: $28/ hour
Responsibilities:
Responsible for performing minor fixes and alterations to heating, cooling,
ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems.
Coordinate and serve as the main contact person for third party and skilled
professionals for major repairs and maintenance.
Responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of the building facilities.
Performs regular facility inspections and is responsible for creating the necessary
reports.
Conduct tours of the building and facilities for prospective tenants.
Manage and supervise the preparation of housing units prior to new residents
move in.
Ensure and maintain building safety and security measures.
Responsible for maintaining building inventories and supplies.
