Express Custom Manufacturing is a well-established manufacturing company in Parksville looking for a full time Business Process Analyst to join our team. We are looking for someone who is experienced in the same industry, reliable, accountable, driven, respectful and a team player.

We are looking for an individual who is an ambitious self-starter with a positive attitude who can establish strong working relationships with team members.

Start date: ASAP

Pay rate: $45/hrs.

Hours per week: 35-40

Location: 1365 Alberni Hwy, Parksville, BCV9P

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a structured supply chain system, collaborating with stakeholders to establish workflows, data management, and tracking processes to enhance inventory control and streamline production.
  • Analyze manufacturing and inventory processes to identify inefficiencies, propose solutions, and support process improvements.
  • Document business and technical requirements for system upgrades, ensuring alignment with process optimization and production goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and supply chain, to ensure cohesive and efficient operations.
  • Conduct cost-benefit and ROI analyses for proposed improvements to support informed decision-making.
  • Integrate robotic process automation (RPA) to automate repetitive tasks in production and inventory workflows, enhancing accuracy and efficiency.
  • Apply data analysis tools to monitor inventory levels, identify discrepancies, and optimize stock management.
  • Review and refine quality assurance practices to ensure compliance and improve product standards.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to improve workflow efficiency and support proactive decision-making across manufacturing and inventory management processes.

 

Job requirements:

 

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information systems or related field  

Experience: At least 5 years of experience

Language of work: English

Proficient in Business methods analysis, Integrated systems, and project management
