Housekeeping Supervisor
Canada’s Best Value Inn, located at 9705 Alaska Road Fort St. John, BC V1J 1A4, is looking for 1 Housekeeping Supervisor. We are committed to providing 24-hour front desk service to make our guests' visits as pleasant and comfortable as possible. This is a full–time, year-round position.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee the duties of room attendants and laundry attendants. Conduct inspections of guest rooms to ensure room attendants adhere to hotel standards. Maintain inventory to ensure adequate supplies are available to meet guest and business demands. Provide orientation and in-service training to explain policies and work procedures, as well as to demonstrate the use and maintenance of equipment. Examine the premises for any necessary repairs or replacements of furniture or equipment and report to management. Prepare and inspect guest rooms as requested by the front office, sales team, or general manager. Perform cleaning or relevant duties as required.
Terms of Employment: Permanent employment Full-time.
Offered wage: We offer $34.75/hr. 40 hours/week.

Job Requirements/ Skills:
The right candidate will have completed Secondary School with a passion for customer service. Must be available to work nights, weekends and holidays. Possessing good communication skills and a minimum of 1 year of experience as a cleaner is usually required. Supervisory experience would be considered an asset.
