Visa For You Immigration Consulting provides expert immigration advice in all Canadian Immigration subjects, while ensuring our Immigration cases are handled in a timely manner. We have excellent experienced staff members who assist our numerous clients from within Canada, USA, and all around the world. Our organization is trustworthy and continuously strives to provide our customers with high quality services, making the process hassle free for our clients. Our clients rely on our experienced consultants to ensure they are being assisted with the best immigration team to handle their immigration files.

At this point VisaForYou is looking for 6 client focused administrative assistants to join our incredible team to help further our rapid growth. The wage will start $28.39 CAD/hour, please email us at visaforyou29@gmail.com.

 

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Duties:

-    Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls

-    Maintain client files, legal documents, and records in accordance with legal company standards

-    Schedule and confirm appointments and consultations for clients with immigration consultant

-    Prepare, format and proofread immigration-related documents, such as application forms, letters, and petitions

-    Ensure all documents comply with company standards and are processed in a timely manner

-    Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible

-     Handle inquiries regarding immigration procesess, timelines and documentation requirments 

-     Determine and establish office procedures and routines    

-     Coordinate with team members to ensure deadlines are met

-     Organize and verify the employer's appoinments and meetings   

-      Ensure all documentation, including client information, immigration applications, and government forms, comply with legal and regulatory standards

-      Assist with applying to schools, converting various licenses, and understanding the specific license conversion processes   

 

Other duties may be needed.

 

Qualifications:

-          2-5 years of experience is required

           Education will be counted as experience

-          Knowledge of Hebrew, Ukrainian and Russian languages is an asset
