Shift manager - fast food restaurant-Domino's Pizza

Location: unit#5, 1246 Goderich Street, Port Elgin, ON N0H 2C3

Workplace information: On site

Salary: 17.00 to 17.50 hourly (To be negotiated) / 32 to 40 hours per Week

Terms of employment: Permanent employment Full time

Start date: Starts as soon as possible

Job Requirements

Languages: English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 1 to less than 7 months

On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Work setting: Fast food outlet or concession

Supervision: 5-10 people (Food and beverage servers and Food service counter attendants and food preparers)

Tasks

• Establish methods to meet work schedules
• Requisition food and kitchen supplies
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
• Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
• Prepare budget and cost estimates
• Address customers' complaints or concerns
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Prepare and submit reports
• Prepare food order summaries for chef
• Must have knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres
• Establish work schedules
