1432109 Ontario Inc. O/A Zoom Rent A Car located at 5945 Dixie Rd, Mississauga, ON L4W 1E8 requires 2 Administrative Assistant on a Permanent full-time basis. Wage: $ 28.50 per hour for a minimum of 30 hours or above per week. 1 year to less than 2 years’ experience is required. Additionally, 10 paid vacations and 10 sick leaves will be provided. Duties Administrative Assistant
- Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, and faxing.
- Organize and schedule appointments for the president.
- Assist operations staff with all kinds of administrative support for optimized use of resources
- Ensuring the general documentation follows accounting principles and transportation regulations
- Follow up on the status of vehicles sent for repair and service with garage /workshop.
- Assist accounting staff in general bookkeeping, preparing reconciliation and sales reports
- Maintain record of inventory and order office supplies.
- Perform data entry and scan documents pertaining to daily administrative procedures
- Any other tasks relevant to smooth operations and administration of the business.
