Job Title: Office Administrator

Location: 5805 Whittle Rd, Mississauga, Ontario,

Job Type: Full-Time 

Salary: 28.50 CAD per hour

Job Summary:
We are seeking an organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. The Office Administrator will ensure the smooth running of the office, manage administrative duties, and provide support to other departments. This role is ideal for a candidate with excellent communication skills, strong multitasking abilities, and a proactive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordinating Staffs here in Canada & other Countries and oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.Co-ordinating / corresponding with College/Universities globally.
  • Link Up with Colleges/UniversitieManage and organize office files, documents, and supplies.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally and efficiently.
  • Process invoices, expense reports, and manage accounts payable/receivable.
  • Assist in payroll processing and maintaining accurate employee records.
  • Provide support in human resources tasks such as onboarding, training, and record management.
  • Ensure office supplies are well-stocked and order new supplies as needed.
  • Maintain and update office policies and procedures.
  • Support senior management with various administrative tasks.
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required); post-secondary education in office administration or related field (preferred) or Bachelor Degree or equivalent
  • Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with basic bookkeeping and financial procedures.
  • Experience with office equipment (e.g., printers, copiers, and fax machines).
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
