Eligibility Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree or an equivalent experience in related field.
- At least 5 years of extensive experience.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with management on business growth, process improvement and sustainability.
- Look after all processes and formulates policies and SOPs.
- Design policies that align with overall strategy.
- Drive the company’s financial planning and decide on investment strategies
- Oversee day-to-day operations, assign weekly performance goals and ensure their completion, and accomplish your own goals.
- Participate in recruiting, on-boarding, and training high-performing employees to achieve objectives.
- Review and improve organizational effectiveness by developing processes, overseeing employees, establishing a highly motivational work environment, and implementing innovative changes
- Report on operational performance and suggest improvements.
- Networking, analyzing and identify potential clients and preparation of profound project proposals jointly with the business lines.
- Manage contracts and relations with clients, teams and other stakeholders.
- Mentor and motivate teams to achieve productivity and engagement.
- Plan and conduct brand building and business promotion activities, on frequent basis.
Location: Oakville, ON L6H 7S8
Salary: $85.75 hourly / 30 hours per Week
Overtime:1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours
Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period
