Job description:

Cook Street Village Spa is located in Victoria, BC.  Our spa offers primarily manicure and pedicure services. We provide a variety of nail styles, such as gel nails, to give you a classy, more finessed look.  We also offer purifying facials, microblading, and several other services.

To expand our business, we aare looking for a full-time and permanent Nail Care Technician

We offer: C$20.00/hr (30-40hrs/wk) with 4% paid vacation. Plus gratuity.

Work location: 247 Cook St, Victoria, BC V8V 3X4 Canada

Employment requirements:

• On-the-job training is provided.
• Certificate from beauty school programs is an asset.
• Previous experience with Manicures, Pedicures is an asset.

• Excellent hand-eye coordination.

Responsibilities:

• Cleaning nails, cutting, and shaping the ends of nails, pushing back cuticles, and applying new polish based on clients’ preferences.
• Providing customers with nail treatments and other related services.
• Removing previously applied nail polish, acrylic nails, gel nails, porcelain nails, and nail extensions.
• Sanitizing all nail instruments and equipment before and after use.
• Maintaining good hygiene.  
• Follow Covid-19 protocol closely.
