Quality Assurance Technologist (PERMANENT POSITION)
Job Responsibilities:
1. Inspect and test products at various stages of production to ensure compliance with standards and specifications.
2. Prepare detailed reports on quality-related issues, including non-conformance reports and corrective action plans.
3. Liaise with regulatory bodies to ensure that quality control processes meet required standards.
4. Identify areas of the procurement process that could be improved for better quality assurance.
5. Work with production teams to identify the root cause of defects and implement corrective actions.
6. Work with customers to understand their quality requirements and ensure that products meet those needs.
7. Conduct internal audits of production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
8. Analyze data and samples to identify deviations or defects and recommending corrective actions.
Compensation & Hours:
Salary: $31.60 CAD PER Hour (Overtime paid $47.40 PER HOUR after 44 hours of work per week;4% Holiday pay will be accrued)
Working hours: Minimum 30 hours per week
Job Details:
Experience: Experience of 1 to 2 years would be an asset
Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
or equivalent experience
