Salary: $50.25 hourly / 30 hours per Week
Number of vacancies: 1
Overtime: 1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours
Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period

Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the franchise’s marketing team to implement local promotions, manage advertising campaigns, and drive social media initiatives for increased visibility.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to boost revenue through targeted promotions, upselling techniques, and enhanced customer engagement with innovative, personalized initiatives.
- Ensure the restaurant consistently adheres to franchise standards and maintains quality control through regular inspections and adherence to guidelines.
- Monitor and analyze sales data and KPIs to identify trends, forecast future sales, and adjust strategies to optimize performance.
- Plan and coordinate in-store promotions and special events to drive sales and attract customers.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment by strictly adhering to health and safety regulations, conducting regular inspections, and ensuring compliance with all cleanliness and safety standards.
- Address and resolve operational problems, customer complaints, and staff issues promptly and effectively to ensure smooth restaurant operations, high customer satisfaction, and a positive work environment.
- Oversee the sales budget and ensure financial targets are met through effective planning and monitoring.
- Ensure adherence to franchise agreements, brand standards, and operational guidelines to maintain consistency, quality, and compliance across all restaurant operations.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, operational issues, and financial metrics to track progress and inform strategic decisions.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Five or more years of experience in sales, marketing or restaurant management is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with staff, customers, and franchise support teams.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle complaints and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and meeting financial targets, with budgetary responsibilities ranging from $500,001 to $1,500,000.
- Proficiency with POS systems, sales tracking software, and common office applications.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of training, motivating, and managing staff.
- Understanding of franchise agreements, brand standards, and industry regulations.
