35 hours per week
Overtime: 1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours
Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period

Job Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and achieve sales targets. This involves analyzing market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for revenue growth.
- Leading and supervising the sales team, including hiring, training, and performance management. Performance management, including conducting regular performance reviews and motivating team members to achieve their goals, is also part of your responsibility.
- Creating sales plans and budgets, setting sales targets, and monitoring progress towards goals.
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Working with the culinary team to create appealing menus that align with market trends and customer preferences.
- Analyzing sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions. By analyzing customer preferences, market demands, and industry trends, you will provide input on menu items, pricing, and overall menu composition.
- Monitoring inventory levels, optimizing stock rotation, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure product availability.
- Overseeing sales budgets, tracking expenses, and managing profitability. Accountable for monitoring sales revenue, analyzing profit margins, and identifying opportunities to enhance profitability.
- Collaborating with other departments, such as operations and finance, to ensure smooth operations and efficient sales processes.
Eligibility Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, hospitality management, or a related field is often preferred. Relevant work experience in sales, marketing, or restaurant management is typically required.
- Strong sales skills and a proven track record of achieving sales targets are important. Exceptional leadership abilities, including the ability to motivate and manage a sales team, are crucial.
- Experience of 5 years or more in developing and implementing sales strategies, as well as analyzing sales data, is highly desirable.
- A thorough understanding of the restaurant industry, including trends, customer preferences, and competition, is advantageous. Familiarity with food and beverage operations, menu development, and customer service best practices is valuable for success in this role.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for collaborating with team members, clients, and other stakeholders. Strong interpersonal skills are necessary to build relationships with customers, resolve conflicts, and provide excellent customer service.
- The ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions is important. One should possess problem-solving skills to address challenges, adapt to changing market conditions, and implement strategies for growth.
- Managing multiple tasks, setting priorities, and meeting deadlines is crucial in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Strong organizational and time management skills help ensure smooth operations and effective sales management.
