Pay

• CDN $20.00 per hour

Hours of duty

•  40 hours per week / 80 hours bi-weekly.

Contract

Permanent Full-time

Day, Evening, Flexible hours, Overtime, Shift to be determined.

Start date

• As soon as possible.

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience

• 1 year to less than 2 years

On-site

• Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Work Setting

• Restaurant.

Responsibilities:

• Establish methods to meet work schedules
• Requisitions food and kitchen supplies
• Supervises and co-ordinates activities of staffs who prepare and portion food
• Trains staffs in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
• Estimates ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
• Ensures that food and service meet quality control standards
• Prepares budget and costs estimates
• Addresses customers' complaints or concerns
• Maintains records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Prepares and submits reports
• Prepares food order summaries for chef Supervision and checks assembly of trays
• Supervises and check delivery of food trolleys
• Establish work schedules Supervision
