Location: Markham, ON L3R 0A9

Salary: $64.00 hourly / 30 hours per Week

Number of vacancies: 1

Overtime: 1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours

Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period

Job Type: Permanent employment

 Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team recruiting, training, and assessing members, setting performance objectives, and providing essential resources and support for their success.
  • Develop and execute successful sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, consumer preferences, and industry developments specific to patties and baked goods.
  • Develop and oversee the sales budget, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently to support sales initiatives.
  • Oversee customer service operations to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
  • Ensure that all sales activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. Prepare and present reports on sales performance and strategic initiatives to executive leadership.
  • Manage the negotiation and finalization of significant sales agreements and contracts, ensuring that all terms adhere to company policies and meet organizational goals.
  • Develop and manage the sales budget. Monitor expenditures and ensure that the sales team operates within budgetary constraints.
  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall company objectives and to address any cross-departmental issues.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior management, and adjust strategies based on performance results and market conditions.

 Eligibility Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is required.
  • Five or more years of experience insales management or a related role.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities, with a strong capacity to convey ideas clearly.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop long-term plans, analyze complex issues, and devise effective solutions to achieve organizational goals.
  • Proficiency in using Database, MS Excel, MS Office and MS Outlook.
  • Strong ability to lead, motivate, and develop a sales team is essential.
