Job description:

Salary: $25 / hour (overtime after 44 hours)

Employment Requirements:
- Some experience in construction is required
- Experience as concrete finisher helper is an asset
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must have their own vehicle to get to and from the job location/shop
- Willing to travel within Ontario.
- WHIMIS will be required - not a must to start but they will be required to get it
- Must know how to operate pneumatic hammers, vibrators and tampers
Duties:
- Load and unload construction materials, and move materials to work areas
- Clean and lubricate canes
- Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring and barricades required at construction sites
- Assist in aligning pipes
- Assist in drilling and blasting rock at construction sites
- Level earth to fine grade specifications using rake and shovel
- Remove rubble and other 2debris at construction sites
- Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction
- Secure special attachments to equipment
- Perform other activities at construction sites, as directed
