JOB DESCRIPTION
The Digital Marketing Specialist at Rexarts Media Ltd., a company specializing in the sale and operation of cinematic and audiovisual equipment for commercial clients requiring specific tools and set ups for events or their operations, will be primarily responsible for the day-to-day activities involving market outreach. This position will produce promotional materials for both online and offline use to engage with existing clients and attract new ones.

JOB DUTIES
The duties of the Digital Marketing Specialist at Rexarts Media Ltd. will include but are not limited to:
- Analyze the characteristics of Rexarts Media Ltd.'s products and services to determine the marketing and advertising needs specific to the cinematic, audiovisual, and event technology industry. Tailor strategies that align with our brand and customer base.
- Advise clients on marketing, advertising, and sales promotion opportunities. Develop and propose strategies for reaching target audiences effectively through various channels, including digital, print, and experiential marketing.
- Develop content and strategies for direct and digital marketing campaigns. Oversee their implementation and ensure alignment with the company’s goals, including promotional content for product launches, events, and corporate communications.
- Manage post-campaign analysis to measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing and advertising efforts.
- Oversee and maintain Rexarts Media Ltd.’s social media presence. Engage with followers, respond to customer reviews, and manage testimonials to build positive relationships with clients and promote the company’s reputation.
- Develop and execute public relations strategies to increase brand awareness and foster strong relationships with the media, clients, and the public.
- Conduct surveys and gather public opinion to understand the interests and concerns of key groups within the industry and identify opportunities for engagement.
- Prepare and oversee the development of materials such as reports, speeches, presentations, press releases, and website content that communicate the company’s messaging and initiatives effectively.
- Organize and coordinate workshops, meetings, public events, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
- Arrange and coordinate interviews, press conferences, and media events to maximize positive exposure for Rexarts Media Ltd.
- Act as a spokesperson for Rexarts Media Ltd. in both written and verbal communications. Respond to media inquiries, client questions, and public concerns in a professional manner.
- Coordinate special publicity events and promotions, including digital campaigns, industry events, and corporate milestones to boost brand recognition and customer loyalty.
- Assist in the creation of promotional brochures, newsletters, reports, and other marketing collateral.
- Represent talented individuals or subject-matter experts associated with the company, ensuring their expertise is effectively marketed to the right audience.
- Oversee the preparation of contracts related to events, promotions, or other initiatives, ensuring that all terms are in line with company standards.
- Plan and organize conferences and speaking engagements to promote the company’s services.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in business marketing, public relations, communications are required.
- 1 to less than 2 years of experience in a position related to digital marketing is required.
