We are currently looking for an office furniture installer, who are meticulous and skilled for assembling components of office furniture to join our company.
Job Title: Office Furniture Installer
Wage: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour (Depending on Working Experience)
Working Hours: 30 hours per week
Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent
Starting Date of Employment: As Soon As Possible
Position Available: 1
Benefit: 10 business days of paid vacation or 4% vacation pay
Working Location: 1100 – 11180 River Road, Richmond, B.C. V6X 1Z5
Job Duties:
Read and interpret assembly instructions and prepare necessary materials and tools;
Understand technical design/instructions to determine layout and installation procedures;
Estimate and score guiding patterns for installing;
Manually install, repair and service industrial products such as murphy bed, cabinets, office furniture, desks with hand and power tools;
Qualification:
Completion of secondary school is usually required;
On-the-job training is provided;
Previous working experience as an office furniture installer in the same industry is preferred but not mandatory;
Working knowledge of English;
Ability to be detail oriented and problem-solving skills.
