Job Description: We are seeking a proactive Technical Support Specialist to join our IT team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will provide technical assistance and support to our clients, troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues, and ensure efficient IT operations. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Respond to technical support tickets and requests in a timely manner.
Diagnose and resolve software, hardware, and network issues.
Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and software applications.
Collaborate with team members and vendors to resolve complex technical issues.
Document solutions and maintain accurate records of IT inventory.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Technical Support Specialist or similar role.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office Suite.
Experience with network troubleshooting and basic server administration.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Associate degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
