Job Responsibilities:
- Providing strategic leadership and vision to the sales department of the company to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to align with the company's business goals and objectives.
- Offering guidance, coaching, and ongoing training to the team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team to achieve targets.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales department.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Foster strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
- Manage the sales department budget and optimize resource utilization.
- Stay informed about the company's services and effectively communicate their value to clients.
- Adapt sales strategies in response to changing market conditions and customer needs.
- Ensure the sales team operates in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, cultivating strategic partnerships, and expanding the customer base. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Eligibility Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field is typically required.
- Substantial experience in of 5 years or more in sales management, showcasing a track record of success and achievement.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, distributors, and internal teams.
- The ability to analyze market trends, data, and performance metrics to make informed decisions and formulate effective sales strategies.
- One must be able to adapt to changing conditions and lead through various challenges, including crises and uncertainties.
- A customer-centric mindset with a demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional service and building lasting customer relationships.
- Strong strategic planning and analytical skills to develop effective sales strategies.
- Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Overtime: 1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours
Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay perio
