JOB DUTIES
GENERAL MANAGER
1. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the company's objectives in line with the vision and mission.
2. Provide effective leadership to the design team, fostering a creative and collaborative work environment.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction with the company's services.
4. Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of design projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's specifications.
5. Maintain high standards of quality in all design work produced by the team, conducting regular reviews and providing feedback for improvement.
6. Allocate resources efficiently, including staff, budget, and equipment, to optimize productivity and profitability.
7. Identify opportunities for growth and expansion within the design industry, developing new business strategies and partnerships to capitalize on them.
8. Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in design, incorporating them into the company's processes and offerings.
9. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, maintaining ethical practices and protecting the company's reputation.
10. Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization, encouraging innovation, learning, and adaptation to stay ahead in the competitive design market.
Compensation & Hours:
Salary: $ 85.75 hourly / 30 hours per Week
Working hours: Minimum 30 hours per week
Overtime Rate: $128.63 per hour starting after 44 hours per week
Holiday pay: 4% of gross pay
