Job Responsibilities:
- Creating strategic plans that boost the sales of web development services, ensuring alignment with company objectives and current market trends.
- Managing and overseeing a team of sales professionals involves establishing objectives, offering direction, and evaluating performance through regular reviews.
- Ensuring adherence to legal and ethical standards, as well as company policies and procedures, across all sales activities.
- Collaborating closely with departments like marketing, product development, and finance to align sales strategies and enhance overall company performance.
- Developing sales forecasts and budgets, monitoring sales performance, and ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded.
- Develop and drive sales initiatives to achieve set goals by mentoring and motivating the team
- Continuously improve sales processes and workflows for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conducting market research to identify potential clients, cybersecurity challenges, emerging threats, and competitive positioning.
- Overseeing the development of compelling proposals and leading negotiations to secure contracts for custom software solutions.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
- Proven experience of 5 years or more in sales management within the IT professional services sector or similar sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly
- Deep understanding of the IT sector, including knowledge of software development, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, or other relevant domains.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Strong strategic thinking and the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals and market trends.
- Understanding of budget management related to sales activities, including forecasting and resource allocation.
Location: Mississauga, ONL4Z 4C4 (Remote work available)
Salary: $65.00 hourly / 30 hours per Week
Number of vacancies: 1
Overtime: 1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours
Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period
