JOB DUTIES:
- Strategize and oversee the efficient and effective operation of transportation activities.
- Coordinating, arranging, and monitoring the movement of goods.
- Manage freight documentation for customs clearance and ensure the timely scheduling, dispatch, and tracking of goods.
- Establish transportation service rates and define performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of the operations.
- Develop comprehensive plans and procedures for the transportation and storage of goods, optimizing processes and minimizing risks.
- Engage in negotiations with customers and brokers to secure services and favorable rates.
- Maintain control over the budget, ensuring financial resources are allocated appropriately and expenses are managed effectively.
- Recruit competent personnel for transportation roles and provide ongoing supervision, training, and support.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate transportation operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance overall performance.

- Ability to multitask, organized & team player.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience: 6-months or more
- Education: High School
COMPENSATION/BENEFITS:
- Wages: $50/hour
- 35 -45 hours per week
