Salary: 17.00 to 19.00 hourly (to be negotiated)

Responsibilities

• Supervise, direct and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and serve food.
• Managing staff and scheduling employee work hours to ensure that all shifts are covered adequately.
• Dealing with the customer complaints and feedbacks in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist in accelerating the food service during peaks times by serving customers and processing payments.
• Ensuring that food and beverages are served as per quality standards and customer preferences.
• Taking an account of inventory such as ingredients and other required supplies.
• Participate in development and upgrading the existing policies, procedures and budgets.
• Maintain the food quality and sanitation policies by performing regular inspections of facilities and employees.
