Experience: 2 or more years of work experience
Specific skills: Supervise day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring all departments function efficiently, Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the organization, Monitor ongoing operations and make adjustments as needed to meet the company’s objectives, Evaluate the performance of administrative services regularly and implement improvements, Lead and mentor staff in records management, security, and other administrative departments, Ensure staff are well-informed of their responsibilities and company policies through regular communication and training sessions, Conduct interviews and participate in the selection of candidates for administrative positions, Compile, analyse, and present reports on administrative operations, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement, Plan and oversee the organization of company events, including logistics, scheduling, and coordination with vendors.
