Job description:
Duties:
- Respond to users experiencing difficulties with computer
- Consult user guides, technical manuals and other documents to research and implement solutions
- Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties
- Collect, organize and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts
- Provide business systems, network and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties
- Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software
- Manage incidents
Additional Duties:
- Provision new end-user accounts for the ComsenseOnline hosted environment.
- Assist the Cloud team with weekly price book updates in the ComsenseOnline hosted environment.
- Assist the Cloud team with quarterly pre-release and public-release application updates in the ComsenseOnline hosted environment.
- Assist the IT team with internal IT projects.
- Assist the Cloud team with IT projects in the ComsenseOnline hosted environment in Microsoft Azure.

Terms of Employment:
Permenent Fulltime, 35.00 to 40.00 hours per Week

Languages:

Education:
- College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
- Network and system administration/administrator
Experiance:
1 year to less than 2 years
