Responsibilities
Review, evaluate and implement new administrative protocols to make it more efficient; Supervise the work assigned to office support staff and help them in resolving any issue; Set priorities for tasks and ensure adherence to procedure and deadlines to better serve the customers, Co-ordinate and plan for office services including facilities, equipment, supplies, and security services, Carry out the administrative activities of establishment, Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate flow of information, Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents, Carry out the administrative duties such as booking appointments, filing, copying and scanning etc; Co-ordinate and work as a liaison between the instructor and client by scheduling the training sessions.
