Responsibilities
- Prepare dough for stone-baked, gluten-free flatbread, and desserts such as cheese kunafa, Egyptian phyllo pudding, and saffron rice pudding according to recipes or special customer orders.
- Keep records of the production schedule and prepare special orders
- Determine the type and quantity of goods to produce and maintain inventory.
- Frost and decorate cheesecakes and puddings.
- Prepare fresh baked Samoon bread, za’atar, and sea salt focaccia.
- May train and supervise the kitchen and baking staff and make recommendations to improvise.
- Ensure the quality of products and meet the expectations of the customers.
- Place an order for the baking supplies
- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerance.
- Bake mixed doughs and batters.
- Keep records of the production schedule to determine the type and quantity of goods to produce.
